You can return any item within 30 days of receipt to Rollquicker LTD for a full refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in 'as new' condition and must be complete with their original packaging.
Please make sure the product is packaged well.
Please return the item with the returns form included with the order. If you do not have this then please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.
Use a tracked delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes. If you are returning an item that you don't like, don't need or you've simply changed your mind on, then you are responsible for your return postage cost.
We aim to process all returns quickly and most are completed within 2 working days of receipt. At busy periods such as Christmas this can take longer.
You will be refunded to the original method of payment.
